सिंधुदुर्गनगरी दि.16 : शिक्षकांच्या जुन्या निवृत्ती वेतन योजनेबाबत कायदेशीर, आर्थिक बाबी तपासून सकारात्मक मध्यमार्ग काढू तसेच शिक्षकांची सुमारे ३० हजार पदे लवकर भरली जातील, असे आश्वासन मुख्यमंत्री एकनाथ शिंदे यांनी दिले. वेंगुर्ला येथे महाराष्ट्र राज्य प्राथमिक शिक्षक समितीच्या १७ व्या त्रैवार्षिक राज्य महाअधिवेशनाचे मुख्यमंत्री श्री. शिंदे यांच्या हस्ते उद्घाटन झाले.
यावेळी उद्योग मंत्री उदय सामंत, शालेय शिक्षण व मराठी भाषा मंत्री दीपक केसरकर, महाराष्ट्र राज्य प्राथमिक शिक्षक समिती राज्याध्यक्ष उदय शिंदे, माजी आमदार राजन तेली, निवृत्त ब्रिगेडियर सुधीर सावंत, जिल्हाधिकारी के. मंजुलक्ष्मी, मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी प्रजित नायर, पोलीस अधीक्षक सौरभ अग्रवाल, माजी राज्याध्यक्ष काळुजी बोरसे पाटील आदी उपस्थित होते.
मुख्यमंत्री श्री. शिंदे म्हणाले, शिक्षक हे भावी पिढीला आकार देण्याचं, संस्कारित करण्याचं अतिशय मोलाचं काम करत असतात. शिक्षकांचे समाजामध्ये मोलाचे योगदान आहे. समाज घडविण्याचे काम शिक्षक करतात. शिक्षकांवर जास्त बंधने लादली जाणार नाहीत. शासनाने गेल्या सहा-सात महिन्यांमध्ये शेतकरी, शिक्षक, कष्टकरी, कामगार तसेच विद्यार्थीं या सर्वांच्या हिताचे निर्णय घेतले आहेत.
जे निर्णय शासनाने घेतले आहेत ते निर्णय हे राज्याचे हित लक्षात घेऊनच घेतले आहेत. सर्व सामान्य घटक वंचित राहू नये, असे केंद्रबिंदू मानून निर्णय घेण्यात आले आहेत. राज्यातील घटकांचा सर्वांगीण विकास होण्यासाठी, मुख्य प्रवाहात आणण्यासाठी निर्णय घेतले आहेत.
मुख्यमंत्री श्री शिंदे म्हणाले, चंद्रपूरमधील पालडोह मधील शाळा ३६५ दिवस सुरु आहे. तोरणमाळ येथील शाळेला आदर्श निवासी शाळा पारितोषीक मिळाले आहे. शिक्षकांचे यासाठी समर्पण महत्वाचे आहे. ६१ हजार शिक्षकांसाठी ११ कोटी रुपये देण्याचा निर्णय तत्काळ घेतला. शिक्षकांच्या समस्या सोडविण्याला प्राधान्य दिले जाईल. शिक्षक हे ज्ञानदानाचे काम करत असतो. शिक्षणाचा दर्जा आणि विद्यार्थ्यांचे जीवनमान उंचावले पाहिजे.
राष्ट्रीय स्तरावरील शिक्षण सर्वेक्षणामध्ये शिक्षकांनी मोठी झेप घेतली आहे. यात सरकारी शाळांचा वाटा खूप मोठा आहे. पालक व समाजाचा सरकारी शाळेवरील विश्वास देखील आता वाढत चालला आहे. सरकारी शाळेतील विद्यार्थी कुठल्याही क्षेत्रात कमी नाही.
केंद्रीय शिक्षण मंत्रालयाच्या कार्यमान प्रतवारी कामगिरी निर्देशांकात एकूण १००० गुणांपैकी महाराष्ट्राला ९२८ गुण मिळाले आहेत. त्यामुळे आपल्या महाराष्ट्राचा देशात पहिला क्रमांक आला आहे. यामध्ये शिक्षकांचे मोठे योगदान आहे, असेही मुख्यमंत्री म्हणाले.
नवीन शैक्षणिक धोरणानुसार मातृभाषेवरील शिक्षणावर भर दिला जाईल. इंग्रजी गणित व विज्ञान या विषयांची आवड विद्यार्थ्यांमध्ये निर्माण व्हावी. यासाठी आपल्या सर्वांचे प्रयत्न सुरु आहेत. केंद्र सरकारचे नवीन शैक्षणिक धोरण हे भविष्य काळातील सुवर्णसंधी आहे.
या धोरणानुसार राज्यातील सर्व मुला-मुलींना समान गुणवत्तापूर्ण शिक्षण देण्यासाठी राज्य शासनाने देखील केंद्र सरकारच्या नवीन शैक्षणिक धोरणानुसार दिशादर्शक काम करुन सर्वसमावेशक निर्णय घेतले आहेत. शिक्षण व्यवस्था दर्जेदार करण्यासाठी जी रिक्त पदे आहेत ती भरण्यात येणार आहेत. तसेच केंद्र प्रमुखाची रिक्त पदे भरण्याचे काम सुरु आहे. शिक्षकांच्या मागणीच्या सर्व त्रुटी दूर करण्यासाठी सर्वतोपरी प्रयत्न करु, असेही ते म्हणाले.
शालेय शिक्षण व मराठी भाषा मंत्री श्री. केसरकर म्हणाले, केंद्र प्रमुखांच्या रिक्त जागा शिक्षक भरती झाल्यानंतर येत्या ६ महिन्यांत भरल्या जातील. शिक्षकांच्या मानधनात वाढ व्हावी म्हणून मागणी होती. ती मागणी राज्य शासनाने पूर्ण केली आहे. १६ हजार, १८ हजार व २० हजार रुपये करण्याचा निर्णय घेतला आहे.
तसेच विविध प्रवर्गातील शिक्षकेत्तर कर्मचाऱ्यांच्या मानधनातही वाढ केली आहे. असे सांगून श्री. केसरकर म्हणाले विद्यार्थ्यांच्या मनात शिक्षकांबद्दल प्रचंड आदर आहे. त्यामुळे राज्यातील प्रत्येक शाळेतील विद्यार्थ्यांना गणवेश वाटप करण्यात येईल. कोणीही विद्यार्थीं गणवेश अभावी वंचित राहणार नाही, याची काळजी घेतली जाईल.
