२७ किलो प्लास्टिक जप्त करून अठरा हजार दंड वसूल
कागल : कागल शहरामध्ये माझी वसुंधरा अभियान ३० व स्वच्छ सर्वेक्षण २०२३ अंतर्गत केंद्रीय पर्यावरण, वने व हवामान बदल मंत्रालयाने ऑगस्ट २०२१ मध्ये अधिसूचित केलेल्या सुधारित प्लास्टिक कचरा व्यवस्थापन नियम २०२१ नुसार मुख्याधिकारी श्रीराम पवार यांच्या मार्गदर्शनाखाली सिंगल युज प्लास्टिक बंदी पथकाद्वारे दिनांक ०४/०२/२०२३ रोजी शहरातील दुकानांवर छापे टाकण्यात आले त्यामध्ये ४ दुकानांवर दंडात्मक कारवाई करून २७ किलो प्लास्टिक जप्त करून १८०००/- रुपये दंड वसूल करण्यात आला.

तसेच ज्या आस्थापना सिंगल युज प्लास्टिक व वस्तू जवळ बाळगतील अश्या आस्थापना सील करण्याची कार्यवाही नगरपरिषदने हाती घेतलेली आहे तरी शहरातील व्यापारी व नागरिकांना अहवान करण्यात येते की, सिंगल युज प्लास्टिकचा वापर बंद करून कापडी पिशवीचा वापर करून नगरपरिषदेस सहकार्य करावे.
