व्हनाळी (सागर लोहार) : शंभर वर्षाकडे वाटचाल सुरू असलेल्या बाचणी ता.कागल ते वडकशिवाले ता.करवीर या तालुक्यांना जोडणा-या दुधगंगा नदीवरील खराब झालेल्या जुन्या पुलाचा पावसामुळे स्लॅब व पिलर कोसळले असून पुलावरून सद्या अवजड वाहतुक बंद करण्यात आली आहे.
जुन्या पुलाच्या ठिकाणी नवीन पुल उभारणीचे सुरू असलेले काम गेली 10 महिने ठप्प झाले असून नवीन पुलाचे बांधकाम कधी पुर्ण होणार असा प्रश्न नागरिकांना पडला आहे .तेव्हा ठप्प झालेले नवीन पुलाचे काम संबधीत ठेकेदार कंपनीने तात्काळ सुरू करावे अन्यथा तीव्र आंदोलन छेडण्याचा इशारा कागल शिवसेनेने दिला आहे.
प्रवाशांची मोठी अडचण
दुधगंगा काठावरील आकरा गावातील शेतीला वरदान ठरलेला जुना पुल जीर्ण झाल्यामुळे बाचणी पुलावरून होणारी अवजड वाहतूकही सद्या बंद केली आहे. त्यामुळे नोदकदार,शालेय विद्यार्थी यांना बाचणी -खेबवडे,नंदगाव कोल्हापूर किंवा बाचणी सिद्धनेर्ली कागल -कोल्हापूर असा वेळखाऊ व खर्चीक प्रवास करावा लागत आहे.
कागल -करवीर तालुक्यांना जोडण्यासाठी दुधगंगा नदीवर बाचणी – वडशिवाले दरम्यान जुन्या पुलाच्या ठिकाणी 20 मीटर लांबीचे पाच गाळे असणारा 100 मीटर लांबीचा सुसज्ज असा नवीन पुल बांधण्यात येणार आहे त्यासाठी 10 कोटीचा निधीही मंजूर करण्यात आला आहे. नवीन पुलाचे भुमिपुजन 29 जानेवारी 2021 रोजी ग्रामविकासमंत्री हसन मुश्रीफ, आमदार ऋतुराज पाटील, जि.प.सदस्य मनोज फराकटे, माजी सरपंच सुर्यकांत पाटील यांचे हस्ते झाले होते.
त्यानंतर पुलाच्या कामास सुरूवातही झाली पण पावसाळा सुरू झाला अन काम बंद झाले ते अद्याप पावसाळा संपला तरीही काम सुरू झालेच नाही. नवीन पुलाचे काम येत्या दिड वर्षात पुर्ण होवून हा पुल वाहतुकीस खुला होईल व त्याच्या उदघाटन कार्यक्रमाला मीच उपस्थीत राहणार असे आश्वासनही ग्रामविकासमंत्र्यांनी दिले होते. त्यामुळे दहा महिने रखडलेले नवीन पुलाचे काम येत्या आठ महिन्यात पुर्ण होणार काय ? असा प्रश्न पंचक्रोशीतील नागरिकांना पडला आहे.
त्यामुळे संबधीत ठेकेदार कंपनीने दोन्ही तालुक्याच्या वाहतुकीची अडचण व शेतीच्या पाण्याचा विचार करून नवीन पुलाचे काम तात्काळ सुरू करावे व ते वेळेत पुर्ण करून नवीन पुल वाहतुकीस खुला करावा अशी मागणी दोन्ही तालुक्यातील प्रवाशी नागरिकांतुन होत आहे.
बाचणी येथील जुना पुल सत्तर वर्षापुर्वीचा असून पुलाचे बांधकाम जीर्ण झाले आहे. पुल वाहतुकीस धोकादायक बनला असून नवीन पुलाचे काम गेली आठ महिने बंद आहे. दोन्ही तालुक्याच्या वाहतुकीची अडचण लक्षात घेवून बंद पडलेले काम तात्काळ सुरू करा अन्यथा आंदोलन छेडू. –अशोकराव पाटील (बेलवळेकर) शिवसेना कागल तालुका प्रमुख
